Climate Change Network and Environmental Solution was established to harness the power of communities through education, training, and volunteer service to make the communities resilient and able to address issues relating to public health, disaster risk reduction, climate change mitigation, emergency preparedness and response, governance, peace building, as it affects their lives, health, social wellbeing, food insecurity & livelihoods, lack of clean water and medical care services are the most tragic manifestation of the humanitarian fallout of insurgency and the state response to it, a crisis that impacts the lives of thousands in the Nigeria, as a result; many humanitarian agencies have struggled to respond adequately, both in recognizing the scale of the problem and reacting promptly sufficient. For their part, Governments and international humanitarian NGOs need to engage authorities more proactively and improve their collaboration in responding to one of the worst humanitarian crises in the world today. in the face of these crisis, Climate Change Network and Environmental Solution was established to support in tackling such issues.

Climate Change Network and Environmental Solution is a non-profit, non-governmental and non-political voluntary organization, established in 2019 and registered with the Corporate Affairs Commission (CAC) in 2021 (RN: 164282) the foundation is an indigenous community-based organization initiated to lead in supporting communities across northern Nigeria states, with a registered office at No.002 Amud Plaza, Maiduguri Road, Opposite Yobe Central Mosque, Damaturu, Yobe State – Nigeria. Its objective is to support in mitigation and control of environmental problems, transform ecosystems, and the most impactful risk facing communities in northern Nigeria and to support in developing potentials of the rural poor to enable them to lead an adequate and self-sustainable life in the rural society. Climate Change Network and Environmental Solution was into humanitarian and development services to alleviate the suffering of the less privileged communities (individual and families) through provision of sustainable climatic smart livelihood activities, access to food, education & protection, empowerment, health & peaceful wellbeing, improve communities’ self-reliance in the face of climate change & educate/train farmers to enhance their farming techniques to diversify their source of income, especially those without source of income or access to health care services, nutrition, agricultural livelihood, and empowerment projects with more emphasis on mitigation and control of environmental problems.
